Set Alarms

Set Alarms

Ensure you stay informed about production interruptions or levels below a specified threshold by configuring alarms. These alarms enable you to proactively address potential production slowdowns, and all alarm instances are recorded with detailed reasons.

Setup Instructions:

Step 1: Navigate to the settings and click the settings button on the device where you intend to set up the alarm.

Step 2: Select "Add Alarms" to initiate the alarm setup process.

Step 3: On the setup page, configure the minutes between checks, target minutes, and choose users. The "minutes between checks" determines how frequently the system checks for potential issues, with the option to specify the waiting time before triggering an alarm. For instance, setting it to 1 minute will result in an alarm after a 1-minute production stoppage. If frequent stops occur during product changes, adjusting this interval may be necessary. The "target minute" allows you to set the desired production target per minute, calculated as an average over the specified minutes between checks. Lastly, select the user to receive the alarm notification.

Step 4: Click "Submit" to save your new alarm configuration.

Optional: Time Blocks

If you wish to avoid receiving alarms during specific time periods, you can set up time blocks.

Step 1: In the device settings page where alarms are created, find the option to add a new time block.

Step 2: Specify a start time and stop time for the time block. During this period, no alarms will be triggered.

Click "Submit" to save your time block configuration.
